Merguez Sausages

Originating from the Maghreb cuisine, star of our barbecues, Couscous or sandwiches, Merguez is a sausage to be fried or to be grilled over the coals. We didn’t make any compromises to make our Merguez recipe that we love to be juicy! It is made with Lamb and beef meat, our artisanal spices mixture and Harissa. We do not use any chemicals or preservatives.

Ingredients: Lamb & beef meat, 100% Natural Lamb Casing, Harissa and various spices.
