This delicious dish is accompanied by tropical vegetables like okra, taro, cassava, chayote and jackfruit. Served with Basmati rice, baked plantains Banana and “Bonda man jak” pepper for those who like the hot spicy taste.
– The “Bonda Man Jak” is separated from the Colombo so if you don’t like or cannot eat hot spices just don’t use it. -
